A super quick and easy snack. Perfect to give a little treat to a teacher or neighbor or whoever deserves a little appreciation. I love those those Pretzels with Hershey Kisses. Actually, I heard them called Elf Buttons a few days ago. Same thing but made with the little round pretzels. Love them!
M & M’s in whatever theme you are going with.
Preheat oven to 200 Fahrenheit
Let’s start making those those Pretzels with Hershey Kisses!
After you have all your Hershey Kisses on your pretzels, place in a preheated 200 Fahrenheit oven. Leave in for about 4 1/2 minutes. Test with finger to see if the Kisses can be pushed down. If yes, take them out.
These are easy and can be adapted to so many seasons and themes. See my fall treats for some other ideas. Don’t forget, you can also make a slightly healthier version with almonds!
Just to show you that things don’t always work out as planned, here are my failed attempt at using the peppermint white chocolate Kisses. Didn’t work so well!
I checked them at 4 minutes and they were still a hard chocolate. After another 20 seconds, they totally melted. Then they wouldn’t come off the pan. Grrrrrrr.
Live and learn! They tasted good, just didn’t look good. I’m sticking to regular milk chocolate for this snack.Google+
