Pretzels with Hershey kisses and M & Ms

A super quick and easy snack. Perfect to give a little treat to a teacher or neighbor or whoever deserves a little appreciation. I love those Pretzels with Hershey Kisses. Actually, I heard them called Elf Buttons a few days ago. I've also heard them called pretzel kisses, pretzel hugs, and reindeer noses.  Same thing but made with the little round pretzels or the woven pretzels. Love them!

    Ingredients

    Hershey Kisses
    Pretzels (twists)
M & M's in whatever theme you are going with.

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200 Fahrenheit

Let's start making those Pretzels with Hershey Kisses!

Spread out your pretzels on a baking sheet. Only as many as you can quickly work with.

Unwrap Hershey Kisses and center on pretzels.

After you have all your Hershey Kisses on your pretzels, place in a preheated 200 Fahrenheit oven. Leave in for about 4 ½ minutes. Test with finger to see if the Kisses can be pushed down. If yes, take them out.

Let them cool and enjoy! Or wrap them up pretty to give as a gift.

These are easy and can be adapted to so many seasons and themes. See my fall treats for some other ideas. Don't forget, you can also make a slightly healthier version with almonds!

Super easy Christmas treat using just pretzels, Hershey's kisses and M & M's!

    • Prep Time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients

Pretzel squares OR small pretzel twists

    Unwrapped Hershey's chocolate kisses

    Christmas colored M&Ms

    Instructions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place pretzels really onto a baking sheet.

Put unwrapped Hershey kisses on the center of pretzel.

Place into oven.  You want to pull them out as soon as the chocolate is soft - for me it's about 4 ½ minutes.

When taken out of the oven, quickly place an M&M on top of the Hershey kiss and squish it down.

    Notes

Have heard these called pretzel hugs, pretzel kisses pretzel buttons and reindeer noses.

Perfect as a teacher, neighbor or neighbor gift!

For a healthier or more year-round treat, use an almond instead of an M & M.

Keywords: Hershey pretzel treats, pretzel hugs, pretzel kisses, reindeer noses, teacher treat
