    Easy Blueberry Cobbler

    This easy blueberry cobbler recipe is made with only three ingredients. It is so simple and quick to make; you'll be amazed at how delicious it is with so little effort!

    Delicious blueberry pie blueberries, with butter and cake mix, is all you need. This comes together in 5 minutes and is one of those recipes that you can magically whip up when you want a quick but delicious dessert!

    Love blueberries; this post shows you how to make these cake mix blueberry muffins. Perfect as a to-go snack or even a breakfast (we all have those days)!  Or, you can make these easy blueberry yogurt muffins.  They are delicious!

    Ingredients

    Yellow Cake mix - I like using Betty Crocker or Dunkin Hines cake mixes. Stock up when they are on sale!

    ½ cup of melted butter - that's one stick.

    2 (21 oz each) cans of blueberry pie filling. I'm always a sucker for the cans that say more fruit!

    Substitutions

    If you have a different brand of cake mix or blueberry pie mix, go ahead and use them. You know I'm all about using what you have! If you love lemon, use lemon cake mix with the blueberries. Blueberries and lemons go together, don't you think?

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

    Step 1

    Melt the butter in a microwave medium-sized bowl.

     

    Step 2

    Mix cake mix into melted butter. I use a large fork.

    The final texture will be a crumble-like texture (it's not a batter).

    Add 2 cans of the pie blueberries into a sprayed 9 x 13 casserole dish.

    Step 4

    Add butter and cake mix on top of the blueberries. Gentle spread, so it's an even layer. DO NOT stir.

    Step 5

    Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the topping is light brown and the blueberry layer is bubbling.

    Serving tip

    Vanilla ice cream is so delicious on top of this easy blueberry cobbler!

    Storage

    This 3 ingredient blueberry cobbler can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Cool, and then ensure the casserole dish is covered.

    Do I add the ingredients listed on the back of the box?

    No, only use the cake mix, butter, and canned blueberries.

    Can I use other canned fruit?

    Ingredients

    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 2 cans blueberry pie filling
    • ½ cup butter melted - 1 stick butter

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    • Mix melted butter with cake mix using a large fork then set aside
    • Add 2 cans of pie filling blueberries into a well-sprayed casserole dish (9 x 13)
    • Sprinkle cake mix and butter filling evenly over top of blueberries. DO NOT stir.
    • Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until topping is a golden brown color and blueberries are bubbling
    • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
