Easy Berry Cobbler - 3 ingredients
A delicious berry cobbler using frozen or fresh berries. In this version, I'm using red (strawberries), blue (blueberries) and vanilla ice cream. This gives us a pretty red, white and blue dessert! It's an easy and delicious dessert that you can have anytime!

Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries fresh, chopped
- 3 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup melted butter 1 stick
- 1 box yellow cake mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Place cut up strawberries, blueberries and ½ cup cake mix in sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish. Gently stir together.
- Mix melted butter with remaining cake mix until mixture resembles crumbles.
- Add butter and cake mix crumble mixture on top of berries in an even layer.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes until crumble topping is golden brown and fruit layer bubbles.
- Serve with optional ice cream!
