Easy Strawberry Dump Cake - 3 Ingredients
This 3 ingredient strawberry dump cake is easy to make but tastes so delicious! The 3 ingredients are cake mix, fresh strawberries and a stick of butter. It takes less than 10 minutes to assemble and 30 minutes to bake.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 quarts strawberries Once the 2 quarts of strawberries are cut up, they are approximately 5 cups worth.
- ½ cup butter melted - 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix melted butter with cake mix using a large fork then set aside
- Add cut up fresh strawberries into a well-sprayed casserole dish (9 x 13)
- Sprinkle cake mix and butter filling evenly over top of strawberries. DO NOT stir.
- Bake for 30 minutes until topping is a golden brown color and strawberries are bubbling.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Notes
I do not recommend using the canned strawberries for pie in this recipes. The fresh strawberries are what add the flavor! Frozen strawberries are fine to use.
