Put the treats (Hershey Kisses) into the small plastic eggs and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large heavy stock pot or dutch oven. Do not scorch the butter.
Add marshmallows and melt on medium heat.
Remove from heat. Add Rice Krispies into melted butter and marshmallow mixture. Stir well to coat, working quickly.
Allow hot mixture to cool a bit. I recomend wearing rubber gloves. Wait until mixture is cool enough to handle. Wrap around plastic egg, pressing firmly.
Once Rice Krispie eggs are completed, allow to cool and then drizzle with chocolate.
