These Chocolate Cherry Muffins with 3 Ingredients are perfect for when you are craving a home baked muffin but you are short on time and have limited ingredients at home! This recipe is a lifesaver for busy mornings or afternoon snack attacks. It's ridiculously simple, yet yields moist and flavorful muffins packed with bursts of sweet cherries and rich chocolate
Preheat oven at 350℉. Spray 12 well muffin tin with no stick spray
Mix cake mix and eggs (mix eggs into mix first) then add the pie cherries and mix in. You do want to break up the cherries but leave them 'chunky'.
Portion batter into muffin tin, filling muffin wells ¾ of the way full. If you have any muffin batter left, make sure all muffins are ¾ full, and then using a spoon, pick out the remaining cherries and place on top of the muffins. Discard balance of batter, if you have any or bake the remaining into 1 or 2 muffins.
