Oreo cookies – chocolate cookies with icing recipe, better than Oreos!

Cookies
- 2 packages of Devils Food Cake.
- 4 Eggs
- ⅔ cup oil
Frosting
- ¼ cup softened butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- ½ package of cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
- Dump cake mix into bowl
- Lightly beat eggs and add to bowl.
- Add ⅔ cups oil.
- Stir well and mix will come together.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8 minutes (middle rack).
- Remove cookies and while still hot Drop about 12" onto your counter (to flatten).
- If not flattened enough, use your hand or a spatula.
- Allow cookies to cool.
To Make icing:
- Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese.
- Put a 'glob' of icing in the center of one cookie and sandwich the other cookie.
- Press cookies together until icing comes to the edges of the cookies
