Ingredients

box lemon cake mix
1
large egg

whipped topping
Cool Whip, thawed
½
cup
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl combine lemon cake mix, egg, and whipped topping. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Place powdered sugar in a small bowl. Drop spoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar and roll to coat.
Place dough balls on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cookies crack and are set.
Allow to cool before serving.
