Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. It only takes 2 - 3 minutes. I spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine potatoes, oil, minced rosemary, and course salt.
Add potatoes onto air fryer basket, ensuring not to crowd the potatoes. Mix every 5 minutes to ensure even roasting. Mine are perfectly done after 15 minutes. Piece potato with fork to see if center is soft to know they are done.
Notes
Optional Seasonings include ½ teaspoon garlic powder and/or ½ teaspoon onion powder. Storage - May be placed in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in a closed container. I LOVE eating leftover rosemary roasted potatoes with breakfast. Perfect as a side to scrambled or fried eggs!
