Craving a crispy, flavorful snack, appetizer or even kielbasa as part of a meal? Look no further than this simple air fryer kielbasa recipe! Forget the greasy stovetop, because this method delivers perfectly cooked kielbasa in just minutes. Sliced into coins and air fried to golden perfection, this dish is a crowd-pleaser that's ready in a flash. Let's get cooking!
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. It takes 2 - 3 minutes.
Cut into even-sized coin pieces. I cut so I have about 3 'coins' per inch. They don't have to be exact, but aim for similar sizes so they cook more uniformly. Try to place in a single layer. Some overlap is OK. If you have a lot of overlap, you may want to make 2 batches.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side (total of 8 minute cook time). Because there is pork in it, I cook Kielbasa to the USDA recommended temperature of 145°F. I have never had an issue with it being cooked through when it looks done!
