Ingredients

  • 4 small pork chops thin cut (4 oz) so they marinade and cook quickly
  • 2 medium limes lime juice
  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic finely sliced or chopped

Instructions

  • Place lime juice, soy sauce and prepared garlic in a bowl or pan.
  • Add thin cut pork chops to marinade
  • Turn occasionally. Marinade for at least 20 minutes, up to 2 hours (refrigerated)
  • Grill on medium high heat to preferred doneness.

Notes

Substitutions
Lemon juice can be used instead of lime
Low sodium soy sauce may be used instead of regular soy sauce
In a pinch, use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic.
