Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8 minutes (middle rack).
Remove cookies and while still hot Drop about 12" onto your counter (to flatten).
If not flattened enough, use your hand or a spatula.
Allow cookies to cool.
To Make icing:
Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese.
Put a 'glob' of icing in the center of one cookie and sandwich the other cookie.
Press cookies together until icing comes to the edges of the cookies
