After the tomatoes have been chopped, let them sit for about 5 minutes and drain the liquid.
Mix in onion, basil, garlic and olive oil.
Just before serving, add some of the Bruschetta mixture onto sliced bread.
If Bruschetta mixture is cold, broil bruschetta on the bread for a minute or two to warm it up.
Notes
To make these extra delicious, add some homemade garlic butter on the bread.Also delicious made with Feta cheese instead of parmesan.
