Easy  shortbread cookies

Only 4 simple ingredients!


Butter Confectioner's  Sugar All purpose flour Vanill Extract


Mix all ingredients together Easiest with a hand mixer.


After cooling in the fridge, you can use cutout stamps to shape cookies.


Or just use a sharp knife to cut into rectangles.  Use a wooden skewer to make patterns.


Bake until just starting to brown on the bottom.
