M&M's (red & green for Christmas!) Small pretzels Hershey kisses - milk chocolate.

Unwrap the Hershey kisses.  It takes longer than you think! A great project for kids!!

Place pretzels on a baking sheet. Center Hershey kiss on pretzel.

Don't bake at too high heat or too long.  Just enough to melt the Kisses.
