Asparagus Salad with Feta Cheese

Spring Asparagus is such a nice change from the veggies we have been eating in the winter!

I store my asparagus on the counter like this for a couple of days.  Change water frequently!

Ingredients Asparagus Feta cheese crumbles Balsalmic vinegar

Instructions Grab a bundle of asparagus you would like to use in your salad.

Instructions Break or cut off hard ends (about 1 to 1 1/2 inches)

Instructions Steam asparagus until bright green but semi crisp.

Instructions Put in ice bath to stop cooking process.

Ready to serve! Top with a nice balsamic vingar (or red wine vinegar).
