Healthy Baked Oatmeal with berries

Bake a layer of sliced bananas with frozen berries, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.

Mix 1 cup oats, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp. baking soda in a bowl.

In a seperate bowl, mix 1 cup milk, 2 eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla.

When the bananas & berries are soft, take out of the oven and add the dry oatmeal mixture and wet egg & milk mixture.
