Pickled Cauliflower

This caulifower makes a low calorie healthy snack, garnish or side dish.  If you like the flavor of pickles, you'll love these cauliflower pieces!

Ingredients

– jar pickle juice (pickle brine)  – medium cauliflower That's all you need!  Easy & inexpensive.

– Cut the cauliflower into small bite-sized pieces. – Place cauliflower pieces into the pickle brine. -- Refrigerate

Screw the lid on tight.  I put the jar into the fridge, upside down the first day.  It just helps cover the cauliflower on the 'top'

The second day I put the jar right-side up.   By the third day, it's delicious and ready to eat!  So tangy and delicious!

Think of this as marinated cauliflower.  Crisp, flavorful & delicious!  Save your pickle jars and reuse your pickle brine!
