These cookies are made with only three ingredients!  They are naturally gluten free (because there is no flour).


An Egg White Sugar Peanut Butter


Mix all three ingredients together.  No need to use anything other than a mixing spoon - it's easy to mix.


Use a scoop to get even sized round balls of dough.

Dip a fork in sugar.  Press the rounded ball of dough with fork tines. Turn fork 90 degrees.  Press down in dough again.

The sugar keeps it from sticking to the dough.

I sometimes add a few chocolate chips on top!

Easy, delicious and recipe turns out perfectly every time!
