How to prepare overnight oats.

Five Ingredients Oats/Oatmeal (uncooked) Yogurt Milk (dairy or nondairy) Blueberries Flax seed (optional)

I used steel-cut oats.  It provides a chewier texture. You can use any oatmeal you have on hand.    I used steel-cut oats.  It provides a chewier texture.

Mix together  Oats Yogurt Milk Flax Seed

Stir in  blueberries last.

I like using either 4 oz or 8 oz jars with lids.

Use a canning funnel if you have one!

You can use fresh or frozen berries. I like garnishing the top with fresh berries.

Overnight oats can be eaten cold from the fridge or warmed up in the microwave.
