Creamy dill pickle pasta salad
A very popular salad because of the delicious tangy pickle taste. Perfect for gatherings or family meals.
Cook pasta until al dente and then add pickle juice as the pasta marinade. Yup, pickle juice from the pickle jar!
In a small bowl, mix miracle whip, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Add enough pickle juice to make a smooth spreadable dressing.
Cut all your salad ingredients into similar sizes. That makes the salad more attractive and easier to eat.
Drain pickle juice from pasta. Add salad dressing to pasta and also add cheese cubes, pickles and onions.
Add salt and pepper and gently mix to combine. You want the dressing to cover all the individual pasta and the other ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours to let flavors blend. Perfectly fine to make and refrigerate overnight.
